A few weeks ago I launched our 1:1 program. We immediately had several people join and fill out our survey (to get the best match).
I took their info and made matches based on their industry, title, products, and goals. Some members responded quickly and made connections to get a call on their calendar.
But, not all of our members responded.
After asking some of my most active advocates, it appears that most of them did make their matches, but reached out separately.
It’s often safe to assume we know what’s going on, but we need to ask our members for feedback to make the best assessments of our programs.
Tip: You can always reach out and ask them if you can hop on a call to chat about the community, in the call ask what programs they’ve liked, participated in, and hope to see in the future.
